Muncie CS20 / CS21 PTO
The Muncie CS20 Series is a clutch shift PTO for the 10-bolt PTO openings of Allison 3000 and 4000 and Caterpillar CX automatic transmissions. It uses the same design as the CS10 in a housing about 20% smaller, and it is still a heavy duty PTO: rated from 200 to 325 lb.ft., with 7 internal speed ratios and a choice of output shafts. The highest speed ratio suits utility trucks that need high flow from a smaller hydraulic pump at low engine speed.
Typical jobs include snow and ice removal, tandem and triple axle dumps, fuel haulers and aircraft refuelers, rear and side loader refuse trucks, digger derricks and aerial devices.
