Privacy policy

This site is run by Pro Gear and Transmission, Inc., 906 West Gore St, Orlando, FL 32805.

What we collect and why

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the department you choose and your message. We use it to answer your question and, only if you ask for them, to send you occasional parts offers.

The form is sent to our staff by email and a copy is kept on our hosting provider for up to 90 days, so that a message is never lost if email fails. Messages our spam filter rejects are kept for up to 30 days and are not read.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and has no comment system. Our hosting provider may collect anonymous, aggregate traffic statistics and keeps short-lived server logs for security.

Manuals and links to other sites

The manuals on this site are PDF files you open or download directly; we do not ask for any details to read them. Pages link to our online parts store at pgttruckparts.com, which has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to erase any personal data we hold about you, except data we must keep for administrative, legal or security reasons. Call (877) 776-4600 or use the contact form.
